My Story

Welcome to Semplicemente Lento ! I am Maria Novella Perrone , originally from Poggiardo, in the heart of Salento. After a degree in Literary Subjects in Lecce and studies in Theology, I embarked on an artistic path that led me to explore painting, sculpture and papier-mâché, with works exhibited in national and international galleries.

But the real common thread of my life has always been craftsmanship and writing . I firmly believe that an authentic and conscious lifestyle is the key to rediscovering beauty in everyday life. I write about slow living, off-the-beaten-path travel, and the joy of pursuing your dreams , far from society's expectations.
